Because our products are made to order, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for wrong size ordered, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund if the issue was caused by a production or fulfillment error.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier.
